Plus Camping Alba D'Oro is a unique hostel/camping village that has been created to cater for the needs of the backpacker/traveller.

You get more than your average youth hostel with onsite restaurant, pizzeria, takeaway, pool, jacuzzis, internet cafe, cash machine, supermarket, big screen TV, beach volley ball, laundry, local excursions, luggage storage, 24hr security, super friendly staff and the awesome late night Gondola bar with DJ and the infamous Plus Toga Parties.

Our regular private shuttle bus, (runs 15/05/2009-15/10/2009), will deliver you to the main Venice Island in 20mins or you can choose to take public transport from the camp entrance (30mins).

Pickup is at bus stand D1.

Plus Camping Alba D'Oro offers a unique hostel experience for your stay in Venice. We have all budgets covered with these accommodation options:

Mixed/shared dormitory (triples) with an ensuite.

These are modern, comfortable sized rooms that sleep 3 people and come with their own shower and toilet, storage space, bedding and electrical outlets.

Private twins with an ensuite.

Modern, comfortable rooms that sleep 2 people and come with their own shower, toilet, storage space, bedding and electrical outlets. Individuals can only book a private bed as a twin.

Private/shared 2 person house tents.

Comfortable and roomy the house tents are lockable and all linen is provided.

Check in is from 1pm onwards, checkout is 11am.

Cancellations must be done at least 24hrs before check in to avoid being charged for your first night's stay. If you are leaving late feel free to put your bags in the lockup to catch a few extra rays by the pool.

Please note that opening time of the swimming pool will be from the 1st of May to the 15th of September.

Plus Camping Alba D'Oro offers a pickup service from Treviso airport for EUR 12 per person, minimum 2 people. Please book 72hrs in advance of pickup time.

MONEY MATTERS

For your added security we use a chipcard payment system on the campsite. On arrival you are issued with a rechargeable electronic chipcard that you use to pay for food and drinks from the bars and restaurant, and items from the market and bazaar. The card is rechargeable at reception only by cash or credit card. Any value left on the card is refunded back to you on departure.
