COMFORT

Unless you are staying in a five star hotel, chances are that the level of comfort you will experience will not be just modest. AREA

This apartment is located close to Central Station and all major shopping streets. Around the corner you will find the Old Church and the Dam square. The famous Amsterdam canals are within walking distance, as are many little café's, restaurants, boutique shops and the shopping malls Magna Plaza and The Bijenkorf.

BEDS AND BEDROOMS

The apartment has one (spacious) bedroom, with separate linen room to store your luggage.1 king size bed and 4 single box spring beds (king size,2x 0.90 x 2.00 meter). The beds can be made as a double bed.

On-line you can book for a maximum of 3 people only but we can add up to 3 extra beds for you for a maximum capacity of 6 people; The rate is 20 euro for any extra bed per night; Just drop us an email stating you hostelworld.com ref. no. and we will add extra beds you are requesting.

Since larger groups of people can be loud, we must ask your understanding for the fact that after 2300PM the building should be reasonably quiet. You can of course be together as a group, but loud parties etc. can unfortunately not be permitted.

MINIMAL STAY:

A minimal stay of 2 nights is required. For bookings which include a friday and/or saturday a minimal stay of 2 nights is required, unless a shorter stay fits in between other bookings.

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT:

We expect you to arrive with us at the given arrival time as we convened in our email contacts Normally your accommodation will be ready and available even at 2200PM, normal check out time is at 1100 AM. We are however as flexible as possible with that. If the accommodation is not occupied you can get the accommodation early on your date of arrival and check out late on your date of departure. You can always bring in your luggage early on the day of arrival (starting from 10AM!) and leave your luggage with us for the remaining of the day of departure.

GENERAL:

We reserve the right to terminate the stay without notice and without refund if the stated number of occupiers is exceeded, alternatively we will levy additional charges at the appropriate daily tariff. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation within 12 hours after the reservation has been made, or due to circumstances beyond our control. We can not be held responsible for any damages due to the cancellation, but all payments done by the client to amsterdam house4 rent for this reservation will be fully refunded
