"Budget" is the word here. Toilet/shower is very cramped, and there is even a mop & bucket so you can mop the floor after taking a shower, which is necessary!! There is no soap by the basin either.
We arrived on a Sunday afternoon and there was no-one to welcome us or even let us in - we had to have the porter do that for us.
And don't believe them when they say the Cipro metro station is a 10 minute walk away! Go to the St.

The B&B "Alle porte del Vaticano" has a comfortable environment, completly furnished in modern style, with a verandah of 80 mq, on which 3 rooms overlook and on wich is possibile to have breakfast or to sunbathe in the warm months.

All rooms have climatisation, TV, Wireless Internet, safe. In the morning a girl will be happy to serve breakfasts a choice or coffee or fruit juices, or cappuccino, or tea, or brioche, or cereal and other, from 8,30 to 10,00.

Check-in: from noon to 2pm.

After 2pm please advise about arrival time.

Check-out: before 11am.

Cancellation Policy: 72h before arrival time.

And don't believe them when they say the Cipro metro station is a 10 minute walk away! Go to the St. Pietro train station, which really is 4 minutes on foot.
It was at least clean, but noisy at night, and the owner (husband) is very friendly but only speaks Italian.
It's very close to the Vatican, but a long way from all the other main sites which you'd want to visit.
Would I stay there again? No way.
